FM Group uses the General Terms and Conditions for the Wholesale trade in Floriculture products drawn up by the Association of Wholesalers in Floricultural Products (VGB) and filed with the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce and Industry under no. 40596609. 

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by FM Group to all agreements concluded between FM Group and its external relations, and to the performance of those agreements. Unless the terms of a supplier or customer have been agreed upon in writing, the terms of the supplier or customer are expressly excluded. Any varying provisions must be expressly agreed in writing. Only then and for that part, will they have priority over the General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions may be changed unilaterally by FM Group or the VGB at any time. FM Group will inform her relations of these changes in such case within a reasonable period of time.
